BRIEF

 

Zendesk's Annual Customer Experience Conference was held at the Mermaid Theatre in London Blackfriars over 2 days, which brings together Zendesk's global team and specialist speakers and customers.  As a preferred partner, we provided the complete end to end solution from concept to delivery and installation, on-site support and all the elements to end the event with an after-party to remember!

 

DESIGN AND INSTALLATION

Our team provided the entire infrastructure and were on site 2 days prior to build and test using a total of 20 technicians, one stage manager, one production manager one show caller.

3 breakout rooms, 1 VIP room, 1 press room 1 exhibition area with multiple screens and media.

One after party/network area.
